Nothing major today, mostly various fixes/tweaks.

Content Changes


Protection error fixes for magic casting/teleports
Fixed a music region error at the Body Altar
Logging out wasn't closing interfaces first so it couldn't always get protected access
Flipped auto_retaliate value when it has to queue (during delays) so it toggles correctly
Text issues - addresses cleaning vs identifying herbs and a singular vs plural "trapdoor"
Fixed herblore messages that displayed an accidental comment with a source youtube link
Fixed some drop tables on f2p worlds
Studded leather wasn't granting the correct amount of XP or checking levels correctly
Added super attack potion brewing
Dwarf multicannons cannot be spam-placed around the world anymore
Some more aggressive NPCs

Engine Changes


Normal timers weren't always running because !canAccess() should've been canAccess()
dummyinv/dummyitem has been fleshed out so dummy items cannot be ::given to players
Refactored server protocol for encoding player packets
Refactored some engine code to use enums instead of string comparisons
Autoformatter set up for project
Added TS typings to BZip2 decompressor
Configured eslint to run on test files
